Think you could keep it over the plate?

Someone from the grounds crew is starting.

RBI girl in middle relief.

A few local 11U players can be ready to close in a pinch.

I once beaned 18 batters in a little league season. I’ll stick to catching.

I fully expect TCU to kick the shite out of us tomorrow.

If we get to a second game, which I doubt we do, mcentire could be available for an inning. Wouldn’t surprise me at all. Probably a no go with tygart though.

I think hollan or morris start game one. Smith game 2 if he isn’t used in game one.

Hats off to Ledbetter, Tygart and McEntire today.

They did what it takes to come out of the losers bracket.

Hollan only threw 7 pitches tonight. He only threw 49 Friday night, so his workload this weekend hasn’t been high.

On paper we have enough to make it through two games. Five of the seven guys that made up our pitching staff throughout SEC play are available.

Gave Wood is going to have to pitch. If he’s not an option then I’m just not sure that we have the horses. Since he hasn’t pitched yet I’m worried that DVH doesn’t view him as much of an option.

If he is an option then I think starting game one is probably the best play. I don’t like the idea of putting him in a high leverage relief spot. Get anything you can out of him and then move on. Then you have Morris, Hollan, Smith and Adcock to get you through the rest of the two games.

Not sure which I have less faith in at this point, bats coming alive or pitching coming through.
