Sellout in little rock on tv would just end up with people watching it in the parking lot on tv drunk more than in the stadium.

I submit as evidence exhibit A: the golf course

If Little Rock wants a better game there hold a tournament.

Arkansas, Houston, Baylor, etc…

People would show up and the other team wouldn’t be shite faced in the parking lot. Might get shot, stabbed, or robbed though.

Bradley is #77, 2 spots away from being a quad II opponent, if NLR is considered a home game.

If NLR is considered neutral, they would be solidly in quad II category.

I haven't figured out how to determine whether games like this are officially home or neutral. Torvik has it listed as a neutral game, but the NCAA site had last year's NLR game categorized as a home game.

U of A website has it listed as neutral, so I'm hopeful that's how the NCAA will treat it

Sounds like BS. If they can have multicam podcasts ran by a switch board from Fry’s and a MacBook, I think they can figure it out.

Yeah, the talking point I've always seen is that the SECN equipment is in Fayetteville and isn't portable enough to take to LR.

Motherfricker, I'd rent y'all a uHaul if it meant I got to watch the Little Rock games.

An old swc basketball classic would be pretty solid right now for a tournament.

Good info

Also that sucks. We need to set up the NLR game as neutral. It makes a difference. I guess we would lose out on some money that way though.

No wonder our FB team is so soft. They take on the mentality of the NWA fans

Sounds like someone who hasn’t been to NWA in forever.

Why because people expect a team that is from Fayetteville to play home games in Fayetteville?

And when it’s not, they expect it to at least be on TV since those Little Rock tickets will definitely be sell outs since everyone just want to see them from all over the state.

Someone should start a thread dedicated to basketball so we can keep it from cluttering it up this thread about pointless NWA vs LR bickering

Heck, I went to games in Pine Bluff, although I didn’t get to see the North Carolina game dammit.

Hog fans are state wide and it’s good families get to enjoy going to see their team when they otherwise wouldn’t be able to.

Not all fans are fortunate enough to be able to afford or otherwise drive 5+ hours to Fayetteville.

Thanks for sharing our team with the rest of us nwa folks…..

We gonna get Hofstra’d tomorrow or what? I’ve heard Bradley has a great defense. Should we be concerned?

To be honest, I don’t care, I just think a company like ESPN can afford a set of cameras to be down there.

If a loss happens and no one sees it does it count?
