Losing Justin Smith and not finding a replacement so far is hurting our presence in the paint.

Not really, the hope was he would be good depth but the few times I have seen him out there he looks lost.
He has played 32 mins all year and has 6 turnovers

Sucks to lose but this team needed to get its teeth kicked in. They have been beating folks because they are more talented while living off of last years glory.
Muss has told them many times they aren’t as good as that team because they don’t worth together.
Today proved his point.
Sit Lykes and Notae and tell them HY hey can produce quality minutes and not just play hero ball they will be sitting.
Just watch the 4 possessions when we cut it to 5 in the second.
Devo runs point and drives and dishes for 2

Unless KK becomes a thing, Devo is by far the best point we have on this team

Team might be a lower seed. But we got our arse beat by 30 to Bama early last year.
Give the process some time.
And it’s possibly it doesn’t work out. That’s the sport but we will be in the mix and in the tourney.

He hasn’t really played in long enough stints to form an opinion with me yet. Just frustrated with the way Notae and Lykes played today.
Plus he actually hit a three at the end of the Charlotte game which is something we desperately need.
