Catrell Wallace has committed.

who else do we have a great chance of getting this year?

Per Danny on 247:

The way things stack up with 16 on board, it's pretty clear who some of the top remaining targets are. Still looking at guys like 4-star LB Bryson Eason, 4-star DT Omari Thomas, 4-star OL Garrett Hayes, 3-star CB Dwight McGlothern, and I might still even throw WR Alex Adams in there assuming he's got everything else checked off.

Chesh, What is your thought on position for Wallace?
edit: Don't know his wingspan but he reminds me of Deatrich Wise in HS minus 10-15 pounds. IMO 2 years in the weight room and he's our long DE as RS Sophomore.

All I know is, they better get about 5 OL recruits and like yesterday. The unit is still total garbage.
Posted on 9/1/19 at 7:43 pm to Jack Ruby
As for 5 OL recruits it's not feasible when we have 2 OL seniors this year.
4/5th's starting OL - Jackson, Capps, Clary, Wagner all from last coaching staff the only exception Cunningham -a juco last year so they are playing experience currently over true or RS freshmen.
Our depth is finally better for competition but losing a guy like Gatlin first practice didn't help. No Luke Jones eligible either.
Perhaps a guy like Stromberg comes along at some point during the season.

Danny has since joined Trey for Dwight. Demetric Warren put Arkansas for both.

fricking awesome. Canaan is such a cool dude if none of yall have ever met him. Just loves the hogs like I wish some around here actually did instead of pretending to.

Lots of rumors going around about a possible Ty'Kieast Crawford decommitment coming soon.
Posted on 9/19/19 at 8:52 am to Pygthagorean Theorem
Personally, I’d argue that guy was never actually committed.

Anybody checked on chandler morris stats? Dudes thrown 8 interceptions in 4 games at the high school level. And this is the guy who’s gonna guide us through an sec schedule? Yeesh... if morris ever starts him and he ends up being a dud or god forbid criswell lights it up things could get ugly
