The reason why he’s on staff. 
Being an on the field coach was an interesting decision but it also allows him to evaluate, visit and recruit off-campus. IIRC, Chad mentioned some days particularly during the season he’d be out going to a number of schools or games like on Friday’s.

Even though i hate to admit it. There is a douchebag of similar vein on the recruiting forum on tardville. Al boarland is his name. Literally that dude triggers me so bad because he is just a hater. Isn't happy with shite. Best recruiting class we have ever signed, and it isnt good enough for him.
I would like to say that is the only part of that site i look at. Because no offense to razor, but it is a little slower in this thread than it is over there, and recruiting is the only football fix i have right now.

I was looking through rivals and as good as this class is shaping up I still don't know if it's as good as some of nutts early classes specifically 2001. Out of the top 25 commits we've signed in the last 18 years like 6 or 7 were from that class including a 4 star linebacker a 4 star corner and a 5 star corner. Now to be fair the only names that I recognized were Ahmad carrol and shawn Andrews but it still goes to show nutt could put on a used car salesman persona with the best of them.

I have a hard time believing that dude's serious. I think he just likes riling up the locals. Which is a pretty sad existence in and of itself.
