I just want to say that it seems to me like this staff is getting a reputation of getting guys to commit when they get guys in campus.
It has always been that way, but they are really closing the deal once they get here.
Also it seems like Paul Rhodes has guys wanting to play for him.
Also Eric ezukanma(sp) is now 100% CB on 247

Yea but I'm not sure where the Ezukanma news is coming from regarding the CB.

I'm not either but it is national guys and basically every recruiting guru for a school he has an offer from.
I believe that since we lost Ford and Dante we have moved on from TEs. We will take him even though we took a lot of WRs last year. We have probably decided to just take a guy with NFL potential and move onto Henry and boomer in 2019.
The class probably rounds out with wren, ezukanma, and the last spot held for bohanon. I'll take that finish right now if offered.

Florida, Auburn, Tennessee, Miss State, LSU (non commitable I'm sure, ha) offers and he's ranked #99 in the state, right at #1000 in the nation? Undervalued by 247 you think?
Edit: Those are composite rankings, but he still ranked pretty low in 247 only (#76 Georgia)

Who knows. I trust the guys recruiting him from each of those schools over what some scout for 247 or ESPN says. I mean just look at flowers and Philon. They were both 3 stars but had decent offer lists. Look at the Jacobs kid that was a 3 star that started last year for bama. Or the kid who came in at auburn and started over roc Thomas even though he was a 5 star.

Mincey has the measurable and the offer list of a 4 star. That is why I wanted him. He plays at a small school so people are over looking him.

A lot depends on whether the JUCO WR Gary Cross from Fordyce that joined this summer is a walkon or blueshirt, heard conflicting info on that.
We have 11 commits currently in the class. But really numbers wise we have 13-14 spots taken. If Cross is a blueshirt we have 14 filled with Clary and Henry counting against this class.
We only have 13 seniors.
16 has been the talked about total number but it could be anywhere from 15-17 filled meaning we have room for 2 plus maybe 1 extra.
At TE Beal seems like the only option. Could be Beal or nobody at TE. I wish we would pursue recent OK State decommit LINK if we really need one. Boomer likes us but I would be shocked if not OU.
Wren takes #12 in 2018 but 14th or 15th spot overall.
Likely another DE or TE for #13 but possibly Ezukanma.
Also keep in mind Wren could be the last commit with none/both or either of Fulwider and Beal in the air.
Bohanon doesn't seem like a realistic possibility with our situation.

I'll take the offer list over the stars any day. Players with offers like those are the ones we need to compete.

Oh, all of them as far as I know. The LSU statement was just a joke - anytime we get someone with an LSU offer, some LSU fan will show up and say the LSU offer wasn't a commitable offer.

Both are flawed because the asinine way they allow noncommittable, verbal offers to be thrown around so early. August 1 of senior year the real written offers can be sent out.

I heard cross was a walk on.
Either way I would assume these were legit offers. It may not be, but with an offer list like that it still seems like some had to be real. No way they were all just tossed out there.

It seems like we've had some gltrouble in the past with 1 or 2 guys from the Georgia Florida area liking it on the visit committing but then when they get here for whatver reason transferring back home. With this guys measurable I believe he had the potential to be really really good in our 3-4 I just hope he doesn't ever get homesick or flip to somebody closer to home the closer we get to signing day
