Holy shite. How embarrassing.

See, all along, the dirty secret has been that a large portion of the War Memorial fanbase was NWA people driving down.

Little by little, NWA folks have stopped doing that.

I'm not going this weekend.

Been to a game down the there doubt I go back. Long drive to sit in a shitty stadium where the crowd is no better than nwa. Plus you're stuck in little rock when its over and I'm never a fan of that

Maybe it has something to do with population redistribution in Arkansas. NWA has grown tremendously, and counties in south and east Arkansas have actually diminished in population. The 'center' of population in Arkansas has shifted dramatically toward the northwest.

A problem with this hypothesis is that counties in central Arkansas have also grown significantly, and there should be more than enough people in Pulaski county by itself to fill a 50,000 capacity stadium.

Little Rock people only show up to WMS for big games because WMS deserves all the big games.

There would be 60,000 plus show up for this opponent in DWR-RS...

Eastern Arkansas is still hemorrhaging popuation, but there are still more people in the Central Arkansas area than there were in 2000.

Its anecdotal, but I know myself, and some die-hards, who used to go to LR games, no longer bother.

Its part protest, part just being jaded with the whole experience.

Did anyone ever take the time to think that Little Rock is doing the rest of the state a favor? Who else is selfless enough to allow fans from other ends of the state the first opportunity to grab seats and experience the premier football facility in Arkansas?

Good riddance, I guess. We don't want you heathens ruining our number 1 ranked city. We'll just buy the tickets ourselves.

Had to give the undesirables the first chance for tickets. Now it is up to tRock to make up for the fact that NWA obviously can't afford to make the trip. Can't miss one weekend away from their precious little farmer's market.

I drove up to Fayetteville last weekend, but I really have no desire to watch them play Samford. I'd buy tickets if it were any other game on the schedule.

How about you Fayetteville people make the drive down?

The University is in Fayetteville. I shouldn't have to drive.

Because they lack the dedication of true Razorback fans...

I figured that you might want to support the football team, but I guess not.
