arse kicking of Norte Dame.

The first title game against Clemson was nerve racking but probably the most exciting game under Saban.

Also the beat down of Auburn is 2012 is always sweet.

The 2012 SEC Championship game was the real title game that year. Excellent back and forth game.

I think the games that really define the spirit of Alabama as a program under Saban are as follows

Georgia 2008
Florida 2009 (honorable mention end of Tennessee game)
Michigan State 2011
LSU NC
Notre Dame NC
Georgia 2012
Auburn 2014
Georgia 2015
Clemson 2015
Literally all of 2016 outside the NC
2017 NC
2018 SECCG

If you want true Saban ball, those are the games to watch. Truly exemplify all the mystique around the Alabama program and are some of his defining moments at Alabama.

My personal favorite is the 2015 Clemson game. That game was basically a poor man’s USC-Texas and nobody wants to admit it. Had everything and the 4th quarter was GREAT. Was on the edge of my seat the entire time.

In this order:

#3. T.J. Yeldon puts LSU fans on suicide watch with TD (screen pass) after LSU had their boot on our throat the entire second half.

#2. 2012 BCS Championship Game. Revenge is so sweet.

#1. Overtime Natty against Georgia. What a roller coaster ride! Tua's finest moment.

Damn, hard to pick. 2015 National title vs Clemson and 2012 SECCG vs Georgia. Both games were intense and had so many great plays.

Absolutely! Living in The Villages, with very few Bama graduates here, and far too many NDers. Beef O'Bradey's had fell very quiet before the end of the 1st quarter.

2017 NC game. OT walk off TD bomb from true freshman off the bench to true freshman for the win. It doesn't get bigger than that.

But there are so many.

Eh 2016 nc was just as great of a game, Clemson just came out on top. also I don't get why USC-Texas is rated as the greatest ever nc game. If it were two schools who didn't have two of the 3 largest states, absolutely no one would say that. Even if I wasn't an Alabama fan I still think the 2017 one would rank as one of the best. Hell even Auburn-Oregon and Auburn-FSU were better imo than 2005 USC-Texas.

2005 Texas vs USC is so overrated. I think maybe it gets a bump because it was Keith Jackson's last game maybe.

But Young scrambling to the corner of the end zone isn't exactly a thrilling play. It pales next to 2nd and 26 in OT.
