They left the door open, we just need havoc guys.
Just want to say I can't stay McElroy. Such a tried hard hating on us at every moment.
These guys straight up ignore the respect the committee has given us and ignore the fact that if USC loses they will drop. If LSU loses they will drop. Same for TCU and Michigan.
We already know TCU and KSU/Texas can go either way in that B12 championship.
I realize there is a minimal chance we get all these games to align for us but there still is and the committee has shown us a lot of love.

If this happens we are in:
Scenario 1: USC loses to ND and the PAC12 championship. TCU loses to Iowa st and the Big12 championship. Clemson loses to either South Carolina or the ACC championship.
Scenario 2: 2 out of 3 happens and Michigan gets beat like they did in 2019 by Ohio st. We may still need Ohio St to lose the Big 10 championship after that to guarantee a spot.

Yeah we need Michigan to get their faces kicked in Saturday. The fact they didn't schedule anyone OOC, should penalize them as well as being whipped.
I think TCU losing the B12 championship would eliminate them completely.
We have a path but man is it a hard one.

Nothing he said hated on Alabama at all. He may not be an embarrassing homer like some of you, but he certainly doesn't hate Alabama.

Exactly. He's the ONLY pundit who goes out of his way to appear unbiased toward his alma mater. I watch and listen to all of these ex players turned pundits and literally none take it as far as McElroy does. None.

Committee leader just said he rates us highly because we're 6-2 against teams over .500 (Clemson is 6-1), but we get respect because our two losses were close ones away from home while Clemson loss was a blowout.
All of this supports what I have been saying. They respect us because even though we lost, we have played a very tough away schedule and only lost barely.
If Michigan gets blown out they will penalize them. They have played nobody. They have only played 4 opponents with over .500 record. Their OOC is absolutely garbage.
So we need OSU to get big time revenge. Then Notre Dame to beat USC. South or North Carolina to beat Clemson, Georgia to beat LSU and things look bright..
Throw in Oregon State beating Oregon and KSU/Texas beating TCU and the impossible could happen

We don't deserve the playoff this year. We just need to beat auburn and have a respectable end to the season. And then start the reboot process.

The melt will start with Rece and McElroy.
Even Joey and Herbstreit say we have an outside chance but those two? Even with all chaos they refuse to credit us.
It's too bad they aren't part of the committee because when they predict we will be lower than Clemson and get the shock of their lives when the committee respects us and keeps us up.

TCU's average margin of victory this season is probably a touchdown, and Iowa States margin of loss is about the same. I'd say that ISU has about as good of a chance to pull off the upset as any of these other pivotal games. ISU has been clutch for us a few times in the past 12 or so years, maybe they'll pull it off.

I’m not so sure of that. They should by all right be ahead of us now and they aren’t.
