I’ve never seen more fear over a 5 win team. If Bama loses it is because of their issues not because the barn is some unstoppable juggernaut to be feared.

I disagree.. I think Bama has the potential to beat everyone in the playoffs but I also think that... Realistically Bama getting into the playoffs is significantly based on name and that is counter productive

This is also ironic because you wish other teams who didn't have to play a tough schedule get rewarded for taking an easier road.
I get we don't have the most dominant team like we use to 4 years ago but we still could make a run and people want to piss on that.

Sending a team to the playoffs with 3 losses, especially with the way we've played is rewarding them. If Bama had lost to VANDY by 1 or tenn by 1 or OU by 1 then that would be a different story. But that's not what happened

JMO but beating the cow college is HUGE this year. Football is like basketball in that it's now one and done for the most part. The barn even at 5-6 can pull even as far as recruiting with a win. The old sign and stack depth is over just like basketball. It's a one year deal now.

It’s crazy. We are home, the barn is not that great. They had some good breaks against AM. The AM WR dropped a perfect pass in the end zone to keep OT going.

Purdue is not just bad. They are one of the worst teams in FBS. They have lost 10 in a row and their only win is over an FCS team. IU could play like complete shite and beat Purdue by double digits.
