We finished #8 in the final AP Poll

Oklahoma and Georgia both finished above us. Consider me triggered. There is no way in hell that OU belongs ranked above us in that final polls based on how they played against LSU. Georgia doesn't belong ranked above us either.

UGA shouldn’t be above us but I get it. OU being above us is a joke and I’d love to see any sportswriter try to make the argument that OU actually had the better team.

So they move a 2 loss non champ Florida above Oklahoma but not a 2 loss non champ Alabama....I smell bullshite

There are two 2-loss non-champs above Oklahoma - Florida AND Georgia. Georgia lost at home to an unranked South Carolina team that finished 4-8 this year and they finished ranked in the Top 5.

Georgia had wins against Notre Dame, Auburn, Florida, and Baylor. I think all 4 of those teams are ranked higher than our best win.

I just can't find a way to be upset about being #8. Sure I think Bama was probably better than Georgia, Florida and OU, but the fact is we had shite for quality wins this year. We only had a couple of times to prove ourselves against good competition and we didn't get it done.
I'm okay with continuing the top 10 streak to 12 years in a row.

But lost to a 4-8 team. Sure...they had good wins, but a loss to a team that finished with a losing record should disqualify you from a Top 5 finish.

The only team that *maybe* should be in front of Georgia is Oklahoma. We sure as hell should not be ranked above Georgia.

At least, #8 is better than #10, where Bama finished in 2010.

Don't believe we are only the 8th best, but losing to Bo Nix we earned it. I'm 2020 focused now. Time to go out and win another one hopefully with an improved defense and saltier oline.

It all boils down to our schedule and they used that against us time and again this year.
