Alabama now sits with the ninth-ranked class in America, coinciding with the enrollment of top grad-transfer Jordan Bruner.

Nate Oats and company are rolling and have a roster chock full of versatile, rangy forwards. If piece meld properly, can compete for an SEC title to start

One of the nation’s most dynamic bigs, Alex Tchikou, will move into the 2020 class and enroll this summer at Alabama, he told Stockrisers.com.

He chose the Tide over Illinois, USC, Saint Mary’s, Florida State, Oregon, St. John’s, and Arizona.

“I have decided to commit to Alabama. The style of play is a perfect fit for me. They really space the floor and let you showcase your skills on offense. I like how they play fast. A big reason I chose Alabama was because the conference is good too,” he told Stockrisers.com.

Nate Oats, in just his second year with Alabama, lands a recruiting class that he had dreamt of. His big board including Joshua Primo, Keon Ellis, lands both. Then gets a late pickup in Darius Miles and top-rated transfer Jordan Bruner.

“Throughout the recruiting process I knew the head coach was going to be a big part of my decision. Coach Oats made me feel comfortable and that I could trust him to coach me and push me. He made me feel like he really has my back.”

Numbers will always work themselves out.

Likely that Javian would be made to hit the transfer portal if Petty returns.

Nate Oats has a Class with 2 Canadians and a 6-11 Frenchman with a ridiculous upside

He’s going global.

Regarding the numbers issue, I'm just speculating here but is there any chance Oats gives Reese a medical redshirt and let's him finish his degree to grad transfer? I'm just trying to think of all the possible scenarios.

I'm telling y'all, Oats is turning some heads with his recruiting. If he is as successful on the court as we expect this season, bigger basketball programs are going to start putting him on their short lists and making inquiries. Nick needs to introduce him to Jimmy Sexton and we need to be prepared to fight to keep him.
