Guaranteed Boldens FT % goes down. It’s like the Bama kicker curse. There’s a hex on the FT stripes in Coleman and even 90% FT shooters lose their mojo.

Sounds like we currently have room for Watford or Beetle but not both unless someone else announces a transfer. There is still time for someone else to enter the portal, but I'm not sure it is going to line up with Beetle's time table for committing somewhere.

Sexton shot >90% in HS. Came here and shot mid 70%.... and is back up over 85% in the NBA

Oats said on radio yesterday to expect 1 or 2 more defections from current roster.

My prediction is Galin and Javian leave and we replace them with Bolden and a Grad Transfer 5 with some handles that can shoot

I think Bolden gets plenty of minutes and would be the first player off the bench. We overused Kira out of necessity this past season and at Nate’s pace, he’s going to need more rests. Also can see Nate having 2 ball handlers on the floor in certain situations.

did anyone else notice all the mid-range shots (floaters, turn around jumpers, etc.) that were being taken by the teams in the Sweet-16?...interesting.

I also saw an Auburn team with far inferior players beat the frick out of UNC and beat Kentucky because they don't take low percentage shots.

The reason Tech and Virginia did so well has nothing to do with mid-range shots or really anything on the offensive end.

We definitely have minutes for another guard who can handle the ball against pressure and shoots a high % from the line. That’s what wins you close games.

Kira would play the 2 guard a good bit if Bolden comes in.
We need to have someone quick enough to keep up with Harper if he comes back to the barn.

I did hear about this German center who is graduating from there.

Not the most athletic/quick footed at this stage, but has a beautiful shooting motion and very comfortable with the ball in his hands.

If we lose 2, I pray Galin is one of them. Diante Wood might get lost in the shuffle as well
