Yikes.

Each half keeps getting worse.

Hope we see some positives in the second half.

I guess we had no choice but to give Forbes extended minutes there. Brutal to watch a guy that out of his depth. You could just watch his confidence disappear a bit minute by minute.

We just don’t have very good players. All there is to it. Petty should be the vocal leader of the team, not pouting in practice before a top 25 conference opponent game.

Go on a 4 game win streak, get mentioned in a couple of brackets and Andy Katz’ top 36, and then collapse. A yearly tradition.

I’m curious to see if the second half rim will be miraculously tightened up

Have our legs finally given out on us? Has the lack of depth caught end up to us?

Doesn’t set much of an example when one of the team leaders gets benched at this point of the season. I fully expect a late season collapse

LSU is a terrible matchup for us from a personnel standpoint. Their players are each bigger and more athletic than than the Bama player they’re matched up with, which means they can get to the rim with ease and rebound most of their own misses. Then on the defensive side we can’t get anywhere near the rim unchallenged so have to settle for threes, which we aren’t hitting tonight.

Zero reason to believe we beat them at home either, unfortunately.

Maybe we got a little too optimistic. I mean the four game winning streak wasn’t exactly against heavyweights

Need one of those 14-0 runs to start the 2nd half.

We'll need to avoid the 18-3 run that KSU countered with.

Our positioning on rebounds is pretty awful
