Terrible way to handle that. Could have drove to the rim, maybe scored or drew the foul. Why some teams have bad records.

Especially with how the refs were calling the game driving towards the rim was the move. Most likely would’ve gotten the foul call at the least.

Not really. Ole Miss is currently 107 in NET. We play them on the road, but a W over Auburn probably doesn't bump them up into the top 75. And even if it did Ole Miss is not that good of a team so they probably wouldn't have stayed there. Auburn remaining a Q1 win on the other hand is very helpful to us.

How a team does after you play them definitely still matters. We have a couple “bad” losses because of how a team did after we played them. Plus we have Auburn again and play Ole Miss just once this year so even in terms of just future games, it’s still better that Auburn won.

We only have 1 bad loss(Penn). UNC has pulled themselves up into a Q2. Assuming Anthony is back soon they will stay there for us.
