I'd be happy just to find a way to win there. They finally seemed to figure out Reggie Perry is a superstar and since then they are playing damn good ball.

"It was nice to get a road win," Alabama head coach Nate Oats said in a statement. "I didn't think we played that well, especially on offense with all the turnovers. We needed to get a road win. I know Vanderbilt is a little bit depleted with all the injuries, but I thought their kids played hard. For a team that is depleted as them and doesn't have a lot of depth, they forced us into 25 turnovers, so give them credit."

Yeah, that’s going to be a really tough game.

Especially if Javian and his big body and 5 fouls are gone too.

This guy is a liability when he decides he's going to make an impact. He does a lot of stupid shite trying to force things that aren't there. On the rare occasion that he let's the game dictate his actions, he does ok. I think 24 of the turnovers last night were from him dribbling into a double team and losing the ball.

Good quote. I thought we looked ugly as hell. A better team would've beaten us. But as i was thinking about how bad we looked, i looked at the score and saw we were still up 20. So it's pretty hard to bitch, considering everyone had off nights, and we still got a much needed road win.

It makes me sad that Herb just can't shoot. His all around solid game on both ends with the exception of a remotely decent jump shot is starting to remind me of Josh Smith if Josh Smith was a lot less talented but actually had any fricks to give.

LOL it's funny you said Josh Smith because everytime Herb cocks and fires from 3 I bring out my old "NOOOOOO" that was only reserved for Josh back in the day.

I remember countless games where he would make the first one and then do nothing for the next 45 minutes besides shoot 3s, of which he would make 2 and miss 11. Herb at least seems to have accepted that outside shooting isn't his game and doesn't do much of it.
