Actually all the AG said was they could not require someone to prove they have been or not have been vaccinated to be a student. Which in accordance to the law they could not require them to provide either once they are a student. Everything else though in regard to quarantine and not making exceptions for missing class they can do and enforce.
As I said before though their plan is nothing more than an insurance blanket to protect them. They just needed to word it better.

Only in your world. Just because you believe something or the opinion of someone else you may hold in high regard does not mean it is the Gospel.
I understand you believe everything you have posted to be true but everything you have posted is either based off of opinion and/or is debatable. You have yet to post anything that is not debatable.
People that tend to scream the loudest are those trying to convince everyone else that their opinion is the only opinion and the truth. But in the end those that scream the loudest and still can not convince others become defensive, angry, and aggressive towards others like you have become. Not to get into the middle of this poo-flinging contest, but for the sake of accuracy ...
The FDA did grant emergency-use authorization (EUA) for all three major vaccines in late 2020 and early 2021 (December 11 and 20 for Pfizer's and Moderna's, respectively; J&J's on February 27, 2021).
The FDA has a review process to issue EUAs before vaccines are authorized for use by the general public. The first for civilians was issued in 2009, so Tamiflu could be given to infants during the H1N1 pandemic.

Just for fun I copied and pasted this passage you attempt to support your opinion/belief to see if there is any validity to it. My search immediately brought up multiple sources including scientific to debunk everything there.

Well, yes ... that was sort of my point. They're not FDA APPROVED, but they have been granted EUA, which is typically done in response to a pandemic (as H1N1 was in 2009).
