I mean if tua can go in any fashion this week Im pretty confident he will be good to go against LSU. Tough game to kick off the rust though

What evidence at all is there besides "boz said so" that this happened?

Tua needs to do what’s best for him. Sit back and heal up and don’t possibly eff up your career over a few games. We will have 2 weeks for Locksley to adjust his play calling for Jalen and get ready for L7U. It is what it is but at least we have a guy that’s won big games for us.

This would be the first game an Alabama QB has missed because of injury since.............Brodie Croyle?

I feel the same, but with our boys having to hear about what LSU did to UGA for three weeks I think the whole team comes out and plays their best game of the year.

Has to be. John Parker Wilson played with horrible ankles, Gmac played with broken ribs and AJ played with a completely screwed shoulder

Technically there was chatter that Bateman started that Ole Miss game partially because Coker was sick, but that was never confirmed and isn't really the same thing.

Pretty incredible stat, really.

Brodie and Spencer missed time in 2004. I think three different QBs started that season.

Brodie Croyle
Spencer Pennington
Marc Guillon

I had forgotten about that. Coker played with a broken toe most of the season.

I sure as hell wish I had some of those magic injections for my day to day life
I'm always hurting myself

I will feel much better if our WRs are as close to 100% as possible.

Me too. I'd be extremely careful with Smith though. Hamstrings are tricky as hell

Yea, Pennington got hurt, Brodie was already hurt. Then Shula brought Brodie back in and he immediately got hammered and it was obvious he should not be in the game.

Dumpster fire.

I actually can tell you why i know his name - he was scrambling to the right on one play and had a wide open field to run for the first down - then he tripped over his own feet and fell down at the line of scrimmage.

Avalos actually started the next week against Southern Miss and we won a game in which we barely attempted a pass.
