As a new hire I'd imagine he had a BPA now figure out how to use them later approach, as most new hires probably should.

I'm glad we got the SEC rings a couple seasons ago because I have a feeling college basketball is going to be unrecognizable in a few years.

Talking to a former Bama player rn and he wants to play on a Bama team in the TBT (The Basketball Tournament) badly. I remember they tried to make one a couple years ago and it fell apart. He said he knows a bunch of other Bama guys who wanna play too but they didn’t have the sponsors last time.

I'm surprised that it has been limited to the big revenue sports so far. Give it time and I bet some eccentric billionaire booster will create a $10 million annual slush fund for a relatively niche sport like bowling or archery in order to ensure their alma mater wins the national championship every year.

Thanks. Wasn’t he looking at A&M and somebody else in the South? Maybe he is waiting, or maybe we are hoping to hold off on an announcement until after May1. Lucas would be a great addition.
