Based off from what I have read and looking at the projections, I don't think anyone can catch Kentucky and Duke but 3rd is open for a few teams.

I don't doubt that Byrne wants a new basketball arena. Byrne also has to get the money to pay for it from boosters, and the majority of our boosters are shitheel FOGs.

Per 247, Jaden Bradley is our 5th highest rated recruit since 2000 - JD Davison is 3rd.
Jarace Walker has the exact same rating as JD Davison.
Brandon Miller is rated higher than all of three of them.
If we somehow land Walker and Miller, Oats would responsible for the #3, #4, #5 and #7 highest rated recruits we had since 2000.

Seems like we got a couple of quick commits after our first last season. Can’t remember if JD or Holt committed first, but the second was only a few weeks behind. Jayce committing during or soon after his OV would follow that trend, if you can call a single year a trend, anyway. If it’s intentional, it’s a great way to build some hype and momentum coming into the season too.
