I’ve seen the actual screenshot from his brother and he did say that. Doesn’t mean it’s 100% gonna happen but it makes me feel good about it.

I wonder if he was told he needs to work on his defense and opted for a school with a strong reputation on that end. Because otherwise that's kind of an odd fit.

I'm sure that's exactly what it is, but what he has going for him is his elite offensive skill set. It's going to get suffocated in that offense.

I would kind of think the opposite. I don't think he can really be a lockdown defender at his size. If he can score the ball and improve his 3pt shooting, it's harder to keep you off the floor. He basically needs to go for the opposite of Herb Jones.
