I bet Thibs would kill it in college. His biggest criticism is that he overworks players so they flame out come playoff time.
Hes obviously an amazing coach and that weakness would be eliminated in college with less games and less minutes. He’ll get an nba gig again soon if he wants it but that would be interesting.

Oats should see if Thibs wants to be analyst. He’s got a good eye for defensive adjustments. Having him on retainer to scout our opponents would be a boon.

I mean if Thibs wants to come to Bama we should offer him any job he wants aside from Oats. Give him Kane Womack’s job

The staff must think highly of the 2026 class because it seems like we are casting a very wide net.

Cloer is absolutely lethal from deep.

I hope he's a TOP PRIORITY!

I've even heard he packs enough snacks in his lunchpail to share with the entire team.

Just read that Bethea was injured in practice and it required surgery. Oats believes he will return this season. Are we required to have one or two of these a year?

I think we can hold up till he gets back.
He will be missed though that's for sure.

Joka this is fricking bad. I would argue that he was maybe the most important piece to our team after Philon.

Yes. Even in the program's most successful era it's still Alabama basketball. Something devastating is going to happen. It's just a question of what and when.

I agree but the others just got to step up even more now.
If there's a positive side: I think we got decent depth at the guard positions!
