Glad to see Vandy get the W over UT for multiple reasons. Especially good for keeping us on high alert coming off a big win.

I think our shooting woes may just be a Coleman Coliseum thing(frick that Place)

At Home:
3PT: 29% (328th)
FT: 68%(290th)

Away from Home:
3PT: 35% (75th)
FT: 74% (141st)

Where’s our uniforms from last year? That’s our best one.

Yep. The throwback reds are good but the throwback whites are dynamite

These throwbacks would look incredible today now that the shorts and jerseys aren't big enough to fit an entire family inside.

You'd like to write that off as a small sample size but it is notable that it also includes all of our easiest games at home.

We definitely need Grant, Jarin, Derrion and Lebaron to shoot a little better to prevent very good defensive teams from scheming us in similar ways to Ole Miss.

Though I'd add that not many teams are able to bring the precision and discipline they did in directing where we drove while cutting off the primary passing lane -- and we also let ourselves just get manhandled on the glass too.

One the bright side, it does seem like Sears is back to himself from behind the arc, Youngblood is getting there and Holloway has been pretty consistent too.

If we rebound our misses the way we have been, we really just need to be "average" overall -- like #175 instead #275 -- from behind the arc.

As long as Holloway stays a catch and shoot guy from deep and not 1 on 1 type shots, he’s a great shooter.

I think there is a lighting and background issue.

Or maybe, you practice hard and you shoot better. “It’s not rocket science”

Alabama basketball forward Derrion Reid's availability for the Crimson Tide's upcoming game against Vanderbilt remains uncertain, according to coach Nate Oats. Reid, a freshman, has missed two consecutive games with a lower-body injury.

"He's doing more and more every day. He's still not doing everything in practice," Oats said Monday. "He's probably questionable, we'll see where he's at tomorrow. This is one of those injuries that if you bring him back too fast, it could be season-long lingering, never 100 percent. And with the way he plays, he's got to be explosive, athletic, and attacking the rim."

Reid was unavailable for Alabama's 74-64 home loss to Ole Miss last week, and also missed UA's 102-97 win over Kentucky on Saturday. In 15 games, he's averaged 17.7 minutes, 8.1 points and 3.4 rebounds per game. He scored a season-high 12 in a home win over Creighton on Dec. 14, and 11 in his last game prior to being injured, against Texas A&M.

Sounds like turf toe.

Explains the lack of a boot. They probably have him using a carbon fiber shoe insert.

Just saw that Vandy leads the nation in points off turnovers per game. It's as if every sec team has a superpower. No nights off.

That win over Tennessee is probably the best thing that could happen to us before tonight's game. Definitely have our attention now if they didn't before.
