A BOL screenshot... from the discord? Lol. Cool info, but that made me laugh.

Yeah I got a BOL membership but somebody already screenshot it so it was just easier to copy and paste that here instead of doing it myself

Youngblood being out makes room for Reid and Mo D to play the 3. Different bodies than Youngblood. Id say he is more of a 2/3 and these guys are more like 3/4s in college.
Both guys have huge potential to be game changing players. We have seen what Mo D can do to impact a game and supposedly he had a great summer. Reid has great size and pedigree. Not sure who has a better shot, but that could be the difference maker in playing time. Or if one of them turns out to be a facilitator like Draymond/Herb, they will get a lot of time bc i think both guys do a lot of the dirty work. Mo D might be a really really impactful rebounder. And Reid is supposed to be an NBA guy. Good times.

Didn't really consider Mo D benefitting from this but good point. He's also already showed some ability to make basic reads plus with Stevenson and Sherrell you can play him with lineups that can still be 4 out if his jumper hasn't developed.
Mallette is another wild card being a 6-6, 40% guy who could factor into minutes at the 3, too.

He won AAC Player of the Year last year
It's a big temporary loss and he probably won't have true game legs until January considering conditioning will be tough with that injury. That said, if we can go on a tear without him, which appears possible, could be a great energizer come late December and into SEC play to have him come in and let the younger guys recover a bit.

He's got a lot of Karl-Anthony Towns in his game.

He's a guy I wondered where he'd fit, because it seemed like with Youngblood, Reid, and a could returners, that we wouldn't have minutes for him. But this is why you bring in extra talent. Injuries happen. And now, we aren't looking having an injured starter hurting our season.
