Young guard forcing it early on... settled down and got the job done.

Bounce back Jusuan!

What does he have to do to get in your doghouse?!?! My God, he is shooting 15% from the field and 12.5% from three. He has literally made 2 threes and one dunk all year. He has more airballs than made shots. Yeah, he plays pretty good defense but when he is in the game it is just another guy you do NOT have to guard. Put him on the floor with Rojas and Gary and you are playing 2 or 3 on 5 on the offensive end.

Great FT shooting wins games. No doubt. But we played really dumb at the end. Better lucky than good I suppose.

And we finally moved him off the ball and let JQ be ball dominant. Not sure why it took until the 2nd half but at least they did switch.

I think that gym is a tough place too shoot in period. Jusuan literally doesn't have a rhythm yet and anybody whoever played basketball or any sport for that matter needs a rhythm. He doesn't have consistent enough minutes from game to game to develop that yet.

For all the "good vs good teams and bad vs bad teams" look at our breakout

Q1 : 7-7
Q2-4 : 11-3 (Iona, Mizz, UGA)

JQ turned the ball over too many times when that happened as well. JD just was a lot better in the second half it's okay just to say it.

JD cleaning up the turnovers in the 2nd half was massive bc JQ did have 2 dumb ones.

Overall, we just cant afford bad versions of both at the same time. Catastrophic to the team

He was better in the 2nd half from a turnover aspect because he didn’t touch the ball. I’m not shitting on him, he just was bad as the lead PG in the 1st half. He did well defensively and great rebounding.

There were certainly some flops in there, but a whole lot of them were legit.

As you said, we're an easy mark for a guy like that. If he gets a switch and gets near the rim, we're going to foul

He flopped a lot tonight but overall his game is more predicated on foul baiting. He is playing for contact. There's a reason he doesn't actually shoot the ball until he absolutely has to. He keeps dribbling and pivoting until someone bumps him and he can shoot and sell it. It's a chickenshit way to play basketball, but refs always reward it.

I respect your opinion. I think differently but I love your take on it.

I hope you are right but I will be surprised if he is on the roster next year.

Vandy came in with a NET of 79. They have a chance to become a Q1 win for us

There's nobody in there right mind that would let him walk well then again those that would haven't seen enough basketball. There will be other players that will be encouraged too leave but Jusuan won't be one of em.

We've won 4 of 5 since the UK home loss with the only loss being a competitive game @ Rupp.

Real chance to win 6 of 7 heading to Baton Rouge.

On one of the last flops, I really liked how Pippen ran his face into our player's elbow to draw the foul.
