Auburn lowkey hasn’t been playing quite as well the last 5 or 6 games

No they haven't. And they've been "good" away from home, not nearly as good as they have been at home.

I think there are some things to be concerned about with that group in terms of NCAA Tournament runs. They won't lose in the 1st round or anything, obviously, but I think they are a susceptible group for a few reasons.

Other than Wade, they must do it in a way that’s more tolerable than Oats

Auburn is gonna end up doing the same thing when Bruce retires. They are just gonna give it to his son

Crazy how some of y'all think Oats dawgs his players to the media in a negative way all the time.

These dudes LOVE him. And tonight is seeming like a prime example. Guys and coaches going to bat for one another

I don't think he dogs his players, I think he just tells the truth. Guys know if you are real or not, and Oats is real.

That was just such an awful hire from the perspective of what a crown jewel job it was and they just handed it to the first guy on the bench cause he was "their guy". It may all work out (I do not think it will), but goodness.

Yeah, I would say I get the same vibes with Duke but seems like Scheyer has been running many parts of that program for a few years now. Their recruiting certainly won't fall off.

I kinda feel like we dominated much of the game. There was to point where they literally couldn’t miss a 3 and the bad calls and technicals that kept them in and built their lead

I was about to say that about Duke but wasn't sure how to describe it other than "I just don't feel the same way about Scheyer".

And we could be totally off, but that feels like a pretty seamless transition to me. At least for the first 2-3 years while that culture is still built the way it is. We'll see after that what he has long term, but I don't see much of anything changing there for a little while at the earliest.

I mean look at the damn class they have coming in.

That's how they hired Dean Smith and Bill Guthridge. Matt Doherty and Roy were both UNC grads. It's just what they do and have done for decades. If they fire Hubert they'll just hire Stackhouse.
