Tonight was a top 2 environment that I’ve seen in person and has a strong case to be #1. The 2019 Auburn game at home is the other one that was great.

3-0 over the 2021 Final Four, yet loses to Georgia and Missouri.
Hard to explain. Lol
Not really. Team only gets up for teams they respect. If we make the tourney as a 5 seed we'll probably lose to our 12 seed opponent because our team won't respect them. We'd be better off being a lower seed so we could play an opponent this team can get "up" for.

The only other game I’ve been able to go to this season was the Auburn loss so I needed this one

I’m happy for him too. He loves Bama and runs those tickets on Twitter like he is El Chapo.

We’ve all suffered together in this thread. I’ve been watching Bama Basketball for 30 years(spot watched some in the last couple of Wimp years)and Truly been following it since the Hobbs days. This is the first place Ive been to that I can talk and bitch and Moan about Bama Basketball. I love you guys.

I just looked at Auburns schedule…..they are going 18-0. Their SEC schedule is EASY. Their only 2 challenging games were @Alabama and Kentucky. They’ve already won them both

It's very difficult to maintain perspective with Alabama basketball. They disappoint us so much that I think we tend to see the worst possible in the bad, and find the most possible hope in the good. In reality though this is the second best team we have had since I was a freshman (behind last year) and better than any team Grant or Avery had. That's kinda depressing on the one hand, but if this kind of team is the floor of what we can expect with Oats, long term everything will be fine as long as we get enough years out of him to create some kind of lasting program identity.

A couple of SI write ups:
Bad News, Bears: Alabama Basketball Upsets No. 4 Baylor, 87-78
A solid display of effort, defensive efficiency and a 59-percent shooting effort from the floor were all crucial in the Crimson Tide's upset of the Bears.
The Masked Man: Juwan Gary Victorious in Return for Alabama Basketball
Donning a black protective face mask, Gary provided a spark off the bench with 15 points in the Crimson Tide's upset win over Baylor.

Wonder what schedule we will have next year. Wouldn't mind seeing Duke, Wake Forest, Arizona, Iowa, Texas or BYU being options.

Fun fact: If you sell your tickets to Kentucky fans this week, you will get gonorrhea

Both Auburn and Kentucky are in Primetime on ESPN…..NOBODY BETTER SELL THEIR TICKETS AND THEY BETTER BE JUST AS LOUD NEXT SATURDAY AS THEY WAS YESTERDAY

Just my opinion but I have deduced this about our team.
1. We go as Jahvon Quinerly goes. Our whole team effort depends on what kind of effort he gives.
2. Juwan Gary is our 2nd most important player behind JQ. Every game we have lost he either hasn’t played or has been in foul trouble.
These 2 guys are the key to our success IMO.
