That’s why I like having to play Missouri and A&M consecutively. Both high caliber tournament teams. Today felt like a tournament game and we know that tomorrow will as well. We will have to bring it for 40 minutes. Can’t start slow like we did today and last week in College Station.

Agree. 3 straight NCAA tournament level games at a NCAA tournament level site.

This one got me in the feels for real:
quote:

Noah Gurley @UA_CTSN postgame

"I love Nashville. I love it so far, man. This is an amazing feeling. You know, just when you set a goal in the summer and you see it come to fruition, it's an unexplainable feeling.

Winning is bigger than hoops. This team is a family.

We been through so much. Minutes are small in comparison to these results. There's been no negativity from me. Me and my brothers have just been hooping. If coach calls my number, he told me to be ready so that's what I've been trying to do."

I know he's [his Dad] happy. He's somebody that's kept my head straight through my lack of minutes. He's told me that whenever I get my opportunity to go out there and be me. I'm glad I could make him proud."
quote:

Chris Stewart: "You made us all proud."

Noah Gurley getting minutes and being a huge piece of our success is by far the best part of the tournament so far. Dude deserves every bit of it.

Similar to our situation with A&M. Kansas wrapped up the reg season BIG 12 title but then went into Texas and got beat last game. Kansas met the Longhorns 1 vs 2 in their conf tourney final tonight and Texas won again.

Hoping history doesn’t repeat itself tomorrow. Kansas was smoked the last two games vs Texas, though. Wasn’t even close. We honestly should have beaten A&M last week.

Just hit our 3s at a higher clip and take care of the ball. We should handle the Aggies.

I think it's a play on words like Sole of Shoe = Soul of Team?

I don't understand that shite either, so don't worry about it

I think they're tying to do something similar to the City Jerseys in the NBA or something or maybe they're tying to do a "ONE BAMA" thingy

Also, my Jordans are dirty and I'm going to bitch to Nike customer support

Edit: look at this

THIS shite IS UGLY.

Ever since I saw it in an early mid major I had no clue what it meant. I then immediately realized I also didn't give a shite and wouldn't investigate

That's what I thought but then I thought that was really really stupid. So I thought I was missing something.

For some reason, I find it annoying as frick. I can handle the rant and rantards but that T-Shirt....
