For those of you that were able to, what regional sites are y’all selecting? Just curious how far some of you would travel to watch us play.

I won't be able to travel too far.
The combo for which I would definitely do 1st/2nd and Regionals:
1st/2nd
Brooklyn Barclay's (this is about a 8 minute walk from my house -- I was there for the Colin Sexton v. Minnesota game
)
Pittsburgh -- could swing one of the games
Regionals East
Boston -- would very likely go the Sweet 16 game if we end up in the East and make it.

After last year's miserable trip to Louisville I will not be going anywhere. If I miss my kid's sporting events for Alabama sporting events then the Lord smites us (Alabama/SDSU, Alabama/Texas). I sacrifice for the good of the Tide.

I'd probably go to Charlotte because I could drive it easily.
If I'm fortunate to get that I'm sure we'd get a first round match up with UNC Charlotte and second round match up with Clemson.

I’ll be at a bachelor party so I can’t wait to watch us lose in the first round to 13-seed UC Irvine and seclude myself from the group

Here are the top "glue guys" in the country, according to our ratings.
These are players who have a much bigger impact on their team's performance than their individual stats would indicate.

Projections compiled by the TNews
quote:
ESPN: 3 seed (Memphis)
Projection date: Feb. 13
Joe Lunardi's latest bracketology projections send the Crimson Tide to Memphis as a No. 3 seed again, facing No. 14 seed Morehead State in the first round. Then Alabama would play either No. 6 seed Clemson or No. 11 seed Nevada. The Crimson Tide lost to Clemson at Coleman Coliseum earlier in the season. In this prediction, Alabama is part of the West region (Los Angeles).
CBS Sports: 3 seed (Charlotte)
Projection date: Feb. 12
In Jerry Palm's projection as of Monday, he kept Alabama as a No. 3 seed, facing No. 14 seed Louisiana Tech in the first round. With a victory, the next game would be between No. 6 seed Dayton and the No. 11 seed team. In this projection, Alabama is in the South region.
Bleacher Report: 3 seed (Pittsburgh)
Projection date: Feb. 12
Bleacher Report's Kerry Miller slotted Alabama in a No. 3 seed as well, with a matchup against No. 14 seed South Florida. The winner would face No. 6 seed BYU or No. 11 seed Boise State. Alabama is part of the West region (Los Angeles) in this projection.

Griffen should be on there too based on the listed criteria. His BPR is higher than Wrightsell's and he's at 11ppg.

9 teams from the SEC played a top 200 non-conference strength of schedule. Only 4 from the Big-12 played a top 200 non-conference strength of schedule. That’s how the SEC has closed the gap and no league is better right now than the SEC. Elite level coaches, stocked with NBA draft picks , rockin arenas , projecting 9 teams to NCAA Tournament.

Agreed.
He says in the comments that he calculates an additional "glue score" as a factor, but doesn't elaborate on what that entails.
Must be some sort of weighted algorithm.

NCAA typically doesn't set up rematches such as a Bama Clemson second rounder

I think Lunardi mainly just puts the teams in order 1-68 and that's his projected bracket without toying around much with matchups the way the committee will eventually do.

Indiana St about to become a Q2 win. They are choking at home to a bad team
