2019 was the outlier for Auburn, not the trend.

Every year it’s the same team, Elite in Neville and Average everywhere else.

Kentucky is down by 10 points in the first half to Gonzaga, their weakest team in over a decade.

The reason Buzz Williams has Bruce’s number is because his team is the only one in the conference that are bigger foul merchants and Auburn can’t handle it.

UF has some weaknesses. But their strengths certainly are in areas that concern me. I'm afraid they will rebound every missed shot they have against us. Hopefully we can pace them to death.

A split would be a win for sure.

Gonzaga imploding. This is their season. If they don’t win this game it’s win the WCC tournament or NIT

Im leaning that way myself. The one team that really gave us trouble in Coleman was obviously Clemson. UF is eerily similar.

All the scoring by Florida was done by by their guards so that should be a good matchup for us. They shot the ball poorly,40%, but made their FTs. They outrebounded Awbarn by only two,43-41 but stole them blind 10-1. Clearly Barners were still celebrating Wednesday. Love it.

On another great note AU is no longer tied for first place and Bama has the tie breaker over USC light

That’s not enough.

Auburn gets USCe at home next week.

We need Auburn to win that game. After it, the only ranked team left on USCe’s schedule is a home game against Tennessee. Bama has Tennessee and Kentucky along with a road trip to Florida (which USCe gets at home). Auburn still has the same two and they also suck on the road.

They have a much easier stretch run. A USCe loss to Auburn gives Bama a mulligan they’re probably going to need.

Auburn was in first place for 3 days.

This Tenn game at aggie is HUGE for us. A&M wins this and it's enormous for us winning the regular season.

One of the few times I’ll pull for Buzz and A&M.

I know we discussed a week or two ago but Wrightsell does have 1 more year of eligibility if he chooses to use it.

Offense was great today. At this point I'm not sure our guys even understand what it means to walk out of the tunnel and onto the floor at tip with defensive intensity. To come off of the Auburn game, a game where we have up 55 in a half and 98 overall, and have that dog shite defensive intensity for a half...... it's just inexcusable.

I thought that we'd worked through some stuff on the defensive end, but the last week has proven they we really haven't figured out anything. We're just gonna have to beat teams 100-90 moving forward. That isn't sustainable, especially against teams with the tools to run us off the 3PT line, so we're just gonna have to hope for a bracket of good matchups come March.
