What's up, fellow Bama fans! I haven't been on much since I got hooked on ON3. I see this TidalSurge thread. Can anyone bring me up to date on what happened with Surge? I kinda faded out over the years as he and I clashed with the various antics of his over time. I liked him OK and he certainly brought a lot of organization on the board, I just got a bit tired. What happened? Saint? Carleson?

Saint would have more detail, but our lovable curmudgeon went to be with his lord a year and 2 days ago. Miss the guy.

Six Alabama Football Players Make the Cut for EA Sports Top 100 (SI)

At 10 a.m. Wednesday morning, EA Sports released its list of the top 100 players in the upcoming title EA Sports College Football 25. Six Alabama Crimson Tide players made the cut.

They had Jalen’s accuracy at 93 and awareness at 92. So EA must believe in DeBoer’s development

A 91 for speed seems low if Milroe is faster than Gibbs.

Yeah. They probably shorted him on strength and speed tbh.

I like Jalen a lot. I’m mostly kidding. I want nothing more than for him to become the best qb we’ve ever had. Hes a great kid and fun to root for. I don’t think you can give him awareness in the 90s based on anything we saw last year outside of the LSU and Texas aTm games

The ratings are mostly random it feels like. Shedeur Sanders (highest rated QB btw ) has a 98 awareness rating

They probably aimed for a few things like getting a dual threat QB high enough speed but mostly they probably played with the values to get players to certain ratings

But it is a little annoying you can't adjust any of the ratings for the current players

The most awareness he ever showed was leaving Jackson, MS for Boulder.

But yeah someone at EA clearly has a hard on for Coach Prime. I don’t mind Colorado too much so I guess it doesn’t bother me but definitely a little silly

I’m surprised our kicker isn’t in the top 100.

Why?

Great location and opportunity to be truly influential to the future of the USAF.

I'm eligible to retire in May. This move makes no sense.

What will you be doing there? That’s random.

Cyber Security Administration. Same thing I currently do. They put out an advertisement on Talent Marketplace and a bunch of people submitted applications. They weren't qualified enough. AFPC said "Hold my beer. We'll send you someone qualified. Who gives a shite if they actually want to go there. Jokes on them."

There is an In-N-Out three miles from my current house.

I tried to find a positive but I guess the only positive is they'll send you to Columbus AFB next.

There’s an “In n Out” car place in Columbus that blatantly ripped off the In n Out logo but it’s in Columbus so no one gives a shite
