And our roster is filled with 2003 me. While I played my balls off I wouldn't have helped win many SEC baseball games, which is why I was asked to walk on while guys like Robertson, LeBlanc, Hunter and Aliva were signed to scholarships. But it ain't 2003 anymore, unfortunately.

Also, how the fvck is Hayslip not getting any ABs at all? We bring in the highest rated recruit in a decade, can't hit worth shite and he can't even get on the field?
He's played in 4 games and has 9 ABs. Total. Zero appearances in SEC games.

i watched the last 3 innings and our O got on base and had times we could have broke it wide open. I think they were loaded in 3 straight innings and we managed one run. If I am not mistaken the same batter struck out twice with bases loaded and 2 outs
Number 88 came in with zero outs and men on 2nd and 3rd and got the new 3 ours. Two of those were K's. And Guffey was back to normal in the 9th

He has an unspecified injury (was on the run down of injured/unavailable players Coach Bo gave after the USA game). Supposed to be close to being available soon. Been out for the last month. Hamiter pinch hit last night but he’s still not fully recovered. Probably the best atmosphere last night at the Joe so far all year. Most unfortunate the team couldn’t capitalize on it. Competing against softball games today and tomorrow. Needed the sweep bad (bad, bad). A season on the brink.

Itll be back to the drawing board after this season. This will be a tough new hire for Byrne. Listening to old "baseball guys" will result in another mediocre coach.

Thanks Fan, hadn't heard anything and thought that something had to be up. He had great ABs against Murray.

i’d be tickled if this program had one good series!!
there’s so many holes in our hitting order. short of pinckney, who has been a pleasant surprise, and williamson, who is steady, the remaining hitters are jekyl and hyde. they guess too much and swing at pitches in ridiculous locations. the two-strike approach is wayyyyyyy ugly….and bo should address that!
