TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The Alabama-Jacksonville State baseball game scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 22, has been moved up to a 12 p.m. CT first pitch at Sewell-Thomas Stadium due to forecasted inclement weather.
All gates for Tuesday's matchup with the Gamecocks will open at 11 a.m. The two teams were originally scheduled for a 3 p.m. first pitch at The Joe. Wednesday's game against Alabama State currently remains as scheduled for a 3 p.m. start in Tuscaloosa.

Alabama baseball is set to square off with a pair of in-state opponents in the midweek as the Crimson Tide hosts Jacksonville State on Tuesday followed by a Wednesday matchup with Alabama State. The Tide and Gamecocks are scheduled for a 12 p.m. CT first pitch while the Wednesday's schedule features a 3 p.m. start. Both contests will air live on SEC Network+.
The Tuesday matchup with JSU will begin the Crimson Tide's '$2 Tuesday' promotion sponsored by Zeigler Meats. The deal is one of Alabama's season-long promotions at Sewell-Thomas Stadium. Tuesday's contest will feature $2 reserved tickets for all fans. Once inside The Joe, those in attendance can take advantage of $2 hot dogs at all concession stands.
