Brad Bohannon and his coaching decision led by the bullpen let Grayson Hitt down. McMillan should have been warmed up and ready to take it down to Ray.

That would have been conceding the rest of the tournament, but probably the right move. Hindsight 20/20 though. Our bullpen had been great the past few games.
