I don’t think that’s an unpopular opinion anymore given this team’s constant struggles on the road the last 1.5 seasons

LSU can't do any of the things Tennessee or Texas does well in the passing or run game. LSU's OL and DL aren't good.

That’s what was said last year and BTW, neither are ours.

It’s a tough environment and our road games have been rough however, they don’t matchup well with us. Football is all about matchups.

They're currently starting true Freshmen at LT and RT. I hope we let Anderson/Turner/Braswell actually rush the passer instead of that mush rush BS from the Tennessee game.

I hope we don't try that stupid Cheetah shite once next weekend.

Daniels will just pull it down and run in the direction of the single rusher.

This. Remember in 2015 and 2016 when we had Tim Williams and Ryan Anderson as pass rushers? We actually let them rush the passer rather than twisting them all around or mush rushing. I know our interior DL was better then than it is now, but still.

Thier qb going to give us fits if the same mindset shows up as we had vs UT

Hopefully BoB will discover a few “hot” routes for his route tree because L2u will blitz a lot. I look for them to overload on the OL and bring it.

Ed Zackary

They will have success running the ball just as 10RC did because our interior DL are all average. Their QB will give us fits as well running the ball. Hell, they even have 2 TE's that can catch and run. Most all teams other than Bama have players at TE but that's an old story.

Bryce will need to bring his A game and maybe Harrell can get in the mix to help #9.

If you think we aren’t gonna mush rush a QB that prefers to run more than he likes to pass you are lying to yourself. We will “contain” him and let a QB who can’t throw accurately past 20 yards pick us apart.

Daniels is getting better rapidly. Gotta pressure him and get him to regress to his instant tuck and run strategy

Anything that's logical we won't do.

We started Ricks. We sent pressure instead of Mush Rush. Maybe we are slightly changing.

Actually think this is a bad matchup for LSU, Daniels is getting better as the season goes along but he still has the tendency to tuck and run if his first read is not there.

I think we win by at least 14, if we do what we need to do but if the same road struggles continue, I see it as one score win

It's hard to say that this won't be a tight game going into the 4th quarter. I don't expect our defense to get embarrassed or anything like against UT, but they could struggle if they come out "anxious" (smh) and what I saw last night from our offense for a lot of the game doesn't inspire much confidence.

It just sucks because this team, the players are capable of dominating anyone they play, but it just seems like they aren't being coached well a lot of the time.
