Hearing him talk makes me appreciate how Saban conducted himself when he was our hc.

He is a total arse . I just can’t stand to hear him talk and the arrogance on his face when speaking ; very punchable.

He will play OSU for the title this season because the rest of the league outside of Oregon is their usual weak arse self or in transition. The traditional contenders Michigan and Penn State are breaking in new coaches. Indiana, if they don’t fall way off, will be contenders by default.
I would have expected a little more respect from him considering he cut his teeth at Bama, but he’s just another arrogant prick Midwesterner. I respect the hell out of what he has done at one of the worst jobs in college football but shite talk in Bloomington will come home to roost. I just don’t believe you can disconnect their history from them completely that quickly. He will still have some very mediocre years here and there and he will eat lots of crow during those years.

CNS used to say it’s much, much harder to win another NC. I think Indiana kind of snuck up on people last year. I know they play a really weak schedule but they’re gonna learn it’s better to be the hunter than the hunted and they won’t be sneaking up on anyone anymore.

NIL money buying SEC talent. Its that simple. Big10 found the loop hole they needed. Its obvious by the results. Players that would usually stay SEC all the way are now lured away by $$$$. Saddest part is its teaching kids that self and money is their god, while ethics and honor go out the window.

The BIG is clearly better than the SEC now. Indiana should have lost to Ohio State with Mendoza being the difference. They could have easily lost to Penn State with Mendoza again being the difference. Indiana boat raced everybody in the playoffs, including Miami if the game had been properly officiated. Mendoza will be hard to replace, and Ohio State will return to glory. The NIL era has obviously benefited the BIG. Will this continue? Who knows, but the dynasty days for over. Alabama and Saban did a great job of cornering the talent.
