Tom Brady would have had trouble leading an offense versus UGA with these clown RBs, WRs, and TEs.

Ty slid down behind the LOS for a 5yd loss on a botched run play by RB instead of throwing it away.

It's decisions like that this year by Ty that are inexcusable. He's a good kid, but that play and a few others have caused me to pray that he goes into the draft.

Ty doing that stupid slide to the ground instead of throwing the ball away is what probably pissed me off the worst about his play. That tells me all I need to know about his play, mindset and leadership.

Sure.
But that doesn’t mean you know ball.
Most of these dudes know more about the million dollar band than sports.
Smells like nerd up in here.

Unless he spins 180, he’s not throwing it anywhere and it’s likely that guys are blocking downfield given it’s a run play. There wasn’t a receiver on the left side of the field

It’s likely just grounding with the potentially of him doing a 180 in the Jack crashing the box

And you want him to do that instead of protect the ball?…

This OL is a decent pass pro OL. It is #5 in the SEC in sack rate, i.e., it is in the upper third of the conference, which means it is good relatively speaking. And that’s with multiple sacks being the responsibility of the RBs. Also, Alabama has faced most of the better pass rushing teams: Mizz, USCe, OU, AU, ?UT?.

Run blocking is another matter. They are not helped by the fact that the RBs are JAGs for the most part. Dear only got 3 carries, Hill 4, that’s 7 carries total for the RBs in this game. The OC and offensive philosophy is not pro run either.

There are many trolls, charlatans and “unwise” fans on this board.

CKD really needs to portal in some dudes on Oline.

To this point we’ve been unwilling to pony up the money needed to shore up both lines of scrimmage through the portal. Talented fat dudes cost big bucks.

OL is terrible but most of them werent brought here to block in this scheme. My only issue is Grubb if we being honest. Whats the point of having fast guys if we dont get them the ball and let them run. He got fired from the Seahawks for a reason and thats because he is a know it all and refuses to change.

Ill give ty credit in that our running game is so bad he has no help in taking pressure off.

However, Ty stared down his receivers the entire game against UGA. Go back and watch it. Its ugly.
