If the board somehow stayed like this..I would tell them to delete my account. As the board stands right now, it is one of the worst forums I've ever been on as a Bama fan. It's AWFUL.
Everyone besides us Bama fans are being obnoxious and nasty. They're taking everything they see on the internet and running with it. It's just a shite hole right now.

Most of them would never survive if the roles were reversed. You can't even post about about flat bill hats on the OT without a million of them flaming you for having a script A.
That's why I switched to the Penn logo, because so many of them see that Bama logo and immediately become filled with hatred, and then an actual conversation is impossible.

Finebaum is a bigger troll than anything, so him saying Saban will sign soon is pretty telling IMO. If he thought their was anything to this, then he would be trolling the BAMA fanbase on his show to the max.

And FWIW... I've been wanting to say this over there but it would get nothing but "he gone" and terrible and unfunny gifs in response....
But, I think Saban would be a terrible investment for Texas. Yeah, sign a 10M/10y deal. Saban has 4 or 5 years left, max. If you've been watching him, you can tell he's getting tired. One of those years would be having to rebuild. Add another year to establish respect among boosters because they're worse there than Young ever was. Also, Texas HS coaches are crazy. It would take time for Saban to build state-wide, personal respect with them.
In short, Saban to Texas just doesn't make any sense on either side
