...the 3rd qtr of the 2016 championship game.

Why the hell do you keep putting Tua in the face of a blitz when the running game is going well?

It was just terrible.

Certainly not Locksley's best game.

that stretch where we kept trying to trick them with runs up the middle, was very exciting, right? i was as bothered by the play calling as i was not letting robinson carry the rock. he and jacobs, 1 2 punch during the 4th qtr, com'on man

Hard to criticize the offensive coaching too much. They certainly have earned a pass or two for a bad quarter.

I will give him a pass and just credit the State defense. Those were some straight up baws on that Dline. That is what our guys usually do to other offenses.

what changed from the first half to second half? Bama was moving ball at will for much of the first and then it was like a switch flipped and the punter got lots of practice.

I’d say the biggest issue in the 2nd half was our signals were being stolen and they knew exactly what we were doing lol

The main issue was Alabama could not pass protect for shite. The run blocking was pretty solid all game though.

Cotton came in for an injured Brown and our running game slowed to a halt almost immediately

I still think the whole team played flat. Saban had been warning about this all week.'m willing to bet last week was the worst practice week of the year. This week may not be much better, but I expect come IB week, they'll get pumped up and be ready.
