You want people to think your league is rigged? Because a ref literally awarding a Super Bowl to a franchise on a call like that is how you get people to think your league is rigged.

It's egregious.

They don't call that all game and allow both sides to have this kind of contact then call it on 3rd down to ensure KC wins and Eagles have no chance.

It's pathetic. I know the league isn't rigged because I literally lived that life, but man thus shite here is hard to stomach.

I don't think I can take the Mahomes slobberfest after this.

DB never should have even touched the guy though...they NEEDED to let them score there to have any shot. The Philly DC is supposedly a HC finalist somewhere lol.

Eagles should've let them score with 90 seconds to play.

Game was ruined. Really don't understand why you can't just let things play out

They should have let them score with 2 minutes left. Heck, if the DB just lets the WR run free and catch the ball for a TD they have a minute and a half to try to score and maybe go for the win with a conversion.

I’m arguing with one of my best friends who was an NFL player. I have always thought the rigged and scripted stuff was wild, but after this one I can kind of see it. He says it was a by the book call that shouldn’t decide the game and it was very ticky tacky. I am of the camp that they gave that game to the chiefs. They knew if the eagles got the ball back they wouldn’t be able to slurp mahomes as much.

That was an egregiously bad call, and absolutely stains the game. Referee has to live the rest of his life with that one.

I don't have a dog in the fight other than the Bama boys, but that was reaaallllyyy bad.

Like, maybe the NFL truly is rigged bad. I almost forgot about the calls from the AFC championship game until a buddy brought them up.

Believe this or not, I am one as well and I agree with him to a certain point. However I also know the league has their "desired" winner and these officials make calls that usually favor them whether they realize it or not.

This one though is very hard to stomach man. I don't remember them making this call all game and they do it on the last play after it is incomplete when all contact happened inside the 5 yard line and both players made contact.

It's too horrible a call to not be seen as fixed.

The funniest part of this is that the Eagles fired Andy Reid.

That holding call was terrible but Philly's D didn't really show tonight

I said I think it is at least influenced one way or the other. There is just too much smoke at this point to not have at least a little fire.

KC's defense gave up 35 points.

If not for that horrible call they would have given up even more.

I agree here

When people say it's fixed with players, that is nonsense. Most guys are trying to keep getting paid. It's literally contract work and you're a mercenary for hire.

Now these calls at pivotal parts of the end of games are what gets me. They are always for the NFL goldenboy and never against them.

Yeah when it was third down they should have all out blitzed and took a chance on getting a sack or forced a turnover. If they scored oh well then you have two timeouts and a minute thirty or so to try and tie it up.

If TO was healthy, Eagles would've beaten NE.
