emotional support animals and their podcast buddies on the field tonight.

ULM is the poorest FBS team in the NIL era if you believe SEC Network, so also a point of consideration.

I'm guessing getting your arse handed to you then everyone telling you how much you suck all week... Seems to be a strong motivator

6-5 in last 11 games is still garbage. Hand me a megaphone if that’s all it takes.

Doesn’t hurt to play one of the worst teams in FBS next in such a scenario.

ULM was 104 in FEI last year.

W KY who we beat 63-0 last year was 95th.

While the scores are similar I thought we looked as sharp as you can against ULM.

But beating sun belt teams isn’t the standard.

It’ll come down to how we look when we play teams who have similar talent, so this was a positive, but not something to draw too much from other than that the players and coaches haven’t quit.

Hopefully Wisconsin will have a pulse and we will still dominate them in a confidence builder before Georgia

Alabama hasn’t played a good game against power conference competition since the 2024 LSU game.

The Iron Bowl was really sloppy but we were blessed to be playing in BDS against a very bad Auburn team.

If they play well against Wisconsin then I’d consider that a positive.

We had guys on defense looking to decapitate someone. I mean full sprint. These guys, when playing motivated, ie., pissed, want to maim.

Better than some of the FCS teams our counterparts played.

They play good defense

Offensively I think they are closer to ULM than FSU

We handled Wisconsin at Wisconsin last year. Next week will tell us very little.

Take it from someone who still has a Christmas ornament from a Badger Rose Bowl from about 30 years ago when I was a kid in Wisconsin, these Badgers aren’t the Wisconsin of the past. They used to be slow but were at least physical. Now they don’t have an identity and are neither fast nor physical.

That's exactly why I'd take them handling business as a positive. Since the end of the UGA game last year, this team has played to their opinion of the opponent.
