Oklahoma was the most WTF loss I’ve seen by a Bama team in I don’t know how long. It would be one thing to lose a tight game and/or lose to the old ranked OU teams but to get our asses beat like a drum by a five win team and this late in the season is crazy.

Should have?

You’re losing all credibility! You were wrong.. just admit it.

Oklahoma is going bowling, they beat Auburn and unfortunately they also beat the team that just beat Auburn by 14 even though they turned it over 4 times!

You are wrong.. man up and say it

The program DeBoer inherited compared to Saban is explained simply by the following:

DeBoer's year 1 wtf loss was to Oklahoma in Norman

Saban's year 1 wtf loss was to ULM in Bryant-Denny

It seems that even if you're the GOAT, you're going to have a wtf loss and at least DeBoer's was one of three losses instead of six.

Did you watch the game?

I know it's hard to believe but the best team always doesn't win. Auburn is better than OU

Problem is DeBoer had 2. Absolutely zero excuse for a team with our talent to lose to Vandy…ever. Vandy only beat bad teams with half our talent this year.

Why do people keep bringing up the ULM game in Saban’s first year? Did he not lose 5-7 starters on an already depth poor squad due to the text book scandal?
I believe that loss completely skewed the results of the last four games of the season.
Correct me if I am wrong but that is my recollection.
Also the team Saban inherited was nothing like the Rolls Royce DeBoer received.
Our program was DOA when Saban arrived.

OU is also a different team from when Auburn played them. Bama played a different QB and OC.

The 2007 roster was better than 7-6. But that’s the difficulty of a culture change. Let’s not forget that they were 6-2 entering the LSU game that season. But adversity hit and they never recovered.

Saban also played a suspended DJ Hall later in the game to try to win that game and was exactly the disaster you could predict it would be. Even legends and goats have wtf moments. Look at who deboer lost after Saban retired. Coach did a good job this year but I be he isn't satisfied. Could be much worse, we could be stuck with kiffin, freeze, Kelly or norvell.

How many "Rolls Royce" starters and players from a team that barely beat South Florida, Arkansas and Auburn with Saban at the helm did Deboer lose? Almost two recruiting classes worth.

The talent composite shows we only have four upperclassmen in the top 18. Four.

But go on...

You'd have a valid argument if he inherited the 2020 team rather than about 60% of an already undisciplined team that was a play or two away from losing to three abysmal teams last year.

The woe is me we are the worst look at every other team we play in the best possible light shite on this board is unbearable. 3/4 of the people here had somehow convinced themselves Auburn's defense was a Top 5 unit and their rushing attack was elite based on nothing other than their own sadz and woe is me, ignoring the fact that we'd played teams similar to Auburn at home this year and beat all of them (the last one handily).

You can both be pissed that we wet the bed at Oklahoma and not be such a bitch that you start talking about us like we are a 5-7 team and the actual 5-7 team we are playing like they are a 10-2 team.

And now we've moved past it to either (a) OH MAN WE MIGHT MAKE THE PLAYOFF or (b) Who cares actually Auburn sucked it isn't even really that big a deal.
