BRob likely won't be a starter by the end of the 2021 season. Might not start anyway. Sanders is much more talented.

Let's cut the conversation about Wheaton Going to Texas. We need to nip this in the bud.
Wheaton was recruited by Karl Scott/ Saban. Sark was not involved.

Texas is trying to flip a RB from another school.

Wheaton isn't known to do something like this. Once he commits, he's committed.

He is not going anywhere.

Doesn't matter if he was sparingly used as Freshman. He took a year off and beefed up. If he worked on few things coaches told him to do, then he has a chance to crack top 2 rotation.

Sanders- May not be ready or full go by the time August comes around.

Jase- Looked good and has a chance to crack top 2 rotation as well.
Roydell is good, but probably have to wait another year.

These guys need to understand that it's going to be intense battle.. Wheaton will redshirt.

Banks was also involved in his recruitment.
The same Banks now at Texas.

I'm just saying it's a possibility with all the factors involved.

It is but not as likely as you are making it seem. It is most likely he sticks with Bama but it is probably more likely he ends up at OU than Texas.

Banks may have went on trips with Saban, but It's mostly Scott and Saban. Let it go. Not happening.

If he struggles for whatever reason as Rb ( Saban won’t play anyone who can’t pass protect) I hope they find a role for him . He would be deadly as a PR ,,catching bubble screens, jet sweeps etc

There is one poster who really, really believes he would be a good slot . Not saying they are wrong, they just believe in that like I believe in Wheaton .

He'd be the David Boston of slot receivers.

I seem to remember having a conversation about how the next 9 months are going to be spent on whether or not BRob will be the starter next year. BRob will start because he is a senior and Saban values that more than anything else. Coupled with the fact that he can block too. It will be a RB by committee either way. And don’t start with the Sanders played the RB2 role against State because BRob was injured. They took him out as a precaution. Otherwise, he would have gotten most of the work.

As for C-Tuddies, I don’t see him going anywhere else. By all accounts, once he committed it was over. Banks didn’t really recruit him. Just like Sark didn’t really recruit JTT, he was just listed as the recruiter. At this point, Saban is the primary on all outstanding prospects. Geez, I am going to mentally prepare for this again.

David Boston's unquestioned love of bodybuilding and HGH is still one of my favorite NFL historical oddities. I just remember everyone being like dude....chill. We get it, your ripped.

That’s with not even mentioning Edwards and Wheaton. Haven’t heard one word about Edwards all year from practice reports

Really kinda worried about Sanders. I've seen some rumors regarding his car wreck injury and the phrase shattered pelvis has come up several times. He may not be back next year if ever. As for the current RB room B-Rob is just a dude. He runs angry and will run some guys over but that's about it. He contributes nothing in the passing game. He'll probably start out as RB1 next year due to experience but I expect Jase to supplant him (or possibly Wheaton if he's just that good).
