Maybe he could have stretched the field more than Sims tonight.

They had a safety over the top deep all game. Dude would have gotten sacked a bunch and with is weak mentality would have threw a bunch of picks.

LOL, it took one game. One game which he wasn't even the main problem.

not replying to any particular poster , but i am more concerned with number of stupid penalties that we seem to draw every game than the qb play

Our entire offense played like garbage dude. Including Sims. It's true.

Yeah the entire offense kept shooting itself in the foot and we've been doing it all season. I expected that though. This is supposed to be a rebuilding year.

We were gifted a touchdown by the refs. That is completely indisputable. Don't fool yourself into thinking our offense played well. We should have lost by 13.

Yes and it is Blake Sims fault Landon Collins gets burnt for touchdown after touchdown and Tony Brown can't cover Treadwill.

Ole Miss probably have the best defense in the country. It is no disgrace losing to them at their house. It is just the arrogant fans we have who came through this week thinking because of history we'd win, that are having this "shock".

Those are all Sims fault. If Coker was in, those would happen.

Saban is obviously holding the team back from prospering by leaving that NFL 1st pick talent on the bench.

We should fire him.

Shock? I felt like we could lose this game all week long.

I believe you also called me a racist earlier this season for saying we would probably lose come from behind games this season with Sims as QB. If I thought we would lose come from behind games this season why would I be shocked at this loss?

Lol you're so in the bag for Sims you can't even acknowledge legitimate criticism for the guy.

Legit criticism = / = please Coker save us!

There is a difference. I never said he was great, I said he was serviceable against probably the best defense and even with all the millions of mistakes the team and staff made we still could have won had our TE made the right effort on that last pass.

You guys are so in the bag for Coker, that the guy has yet to do anything actually impressive yet you make him the solution for everything. He is not.

Racist? More like ignorant.

As if Coker couldn't lose a game. As if he has even been half as impressive as our current starter.

It literally took you guys one game to jump the boat.

Then when other fans point this out, you guys get mad. They literally made threads predicted some of our fans reactions to Sims if we ever lost.

Sims faces legit defense at A-day. Sims folds.

Sims faces legit defense vs OM. Sims folds.

Im afraid we have a pattern. Can't wait to see Sims vs. Miss St.

I just think if we aren't going to win championships this season we need to be thinking about next season. Has nothing to do with Sims personally.

Also doesn't mean I think Coker is better. You seem to be incapable of comprehending what I'm saying.

Pretty sure he has played this year, but maybe he didn't. Thought he was out there against FAU.

I thought he played too. I'm really not sure why we haven't switched up the secondary any but the defense definitely did their part today. Special teams gave Ole Miss great field position twice and our defense scored a touchdown. Offense was our problem today.

No need to reopen the QB competition, but Sims was arse today.

Man I miss AJ. Dude was so clutch. Some guys just have it. He did.

When has Coker not folded?

He is worse than Sims. He folded at FSU behind Winston and he folded at Alabama behind Sims.

Yet you blindly defend him. Coker our savior!

I really don't understand why we didn't have any better options ready for this season. We had years to recruit a replacement for our QB position.

They're just not the caliber of team that I'm used to seeing. At least the '08 team had some grit and fight, but all I see from the last two years is complacent talent.

And you blindly defend Sims in a game where he looked like arse. He is not a championship quarterback, so why not give someone else a chance? It doesn't have to be Coker. Hell, give Bateman a chance. At least he will be here next year and we can build for the future. Or we can stay with Sims and maybe he can help us make the Capitol One Bowl instead of the Fight hunger Bowl.
