Very exciting games yesterday.
Hope today's turn out just as well.

We probably won’t throw Montana in game 1. She needs a break and OU has already seen Fouts the other night. Throw someone else in game 1, but to get away with that, we have to score runs and lots of them.
PS- I hope the umpire behind the plate against Arizona last night is NO where near there today....doesn't recognize the corners as strikes!...batter's ump.

in the first game the ump was calling the low strike on the outside corner but not the high strike on the outside. He/she wasn't calling anything under the belt as a K. Both Fouts and Cornell live in the corner. Both have an OK rise ball but it usually is way high unlike some other pitchers whose rise ball starts in the strike zone and rises to just above the strike zone. Either way I am with you on the change up being a good pitch vs OK.
At this point I am happy to make final 4 with this being a young team and our stud pitcher being a freshman. And should we lose I want OK to win it all.

I hope Bama can take game one to get to 60 wins.

You always hear coaches and players say,"I don't care where the umps strike zone is, as long as they're consistent." Well, that's bullshite! It may be fair, but a tight strike zone CAN benefit the better hitting team and OU is definitely the better offensive team.

1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 8th seeds in the semis.
It was a bullshite seeding.
I don't know how you can seed Florida, Arizona or Minnesota over Alabama when we beat all of them.
In what world do you sweep a team in three games away from homw yet they are seeded 3 spots higher?
Feel like they made us take a tougher road.

If UCLA wins and we win, will our 2nd game with OU start sooner?

Yes. 45 minutes after end if game is my guess. Would love UCLA to lose first game. Making all teams go deep into their pitching

Im surprised that Goodman is not on the mound

I wonder that, too. UCLA was the home team in a similar situation as is OU earlier today.
Do they flip a coin?
Doesn't seem likely, though

30 pitches in the first

Hope she can have some quick innings bc if not, I am not sure she can last in this heat throwing this many pitches. She is nibbling at the corners and not getting the calls so far

50 less walks this year in 130 more innings.
Alexis Osorio was the queen of walking the bases loaded and getting out of it.
