Didn't Bama beat Oregon in 15 in the WCWS, think the score was 2-1 Bama.

Bama beat Oregon and lost to Michigan and LSU that year.

I think Cornell just needs something off speed to keep hitters timing off. Everything she throws is hard and harder and they start to time her up pretty good after a bit

Given that the knuckleball relies almost exclusively on the effects of gravity rather than gravity combined with rotation to cause it to move, I'm not sure an underhanded delivery without a mound would result in something as difficult to hit as what you see in baseball, even if you could throw strikes with it under those conditions.

Trust me.....I've caught fast pitch knuckleball pitchers, and tried to hit the pitch....It's real and it's a bitch to hit or catch.
Although it doesn't move as much as a baseball, it's coming at you from 43 feet. As I said, probably the biggest problem for a woman to throw it would be the size and strength of their hand.

I honestly don't believe that a pitcher can be very effective in elite competition without an off speed pitch...it's essential to not allow hitters to get a pitchers rhythm down.

I don't believe Oklahoma will lose a game.

Bama will have to beat Florida, Arizona and Oklahoma twice to get to Monday.

I'm pretty sure of this too. Making it to the series is Murphy's ceiling, and our fans seem to be fine with that. We won't get more than that.

Pat Murphy is 1-7 in the WS since we advanced to the championship series in 2014. A loss today would mean five straight losses in OKC.

In that time we’ve been outscored 34-14 and have scored four runs or more once (we scored four and lost).

Awful.

Already beat Florida 3 times at on their field and Arizona once on their field. Could have easily beaten OU.

I have Bama winning twice today.

Aside from one year Florida has owned Bama in OKC. I get basing hope on Bama sweeping in Gainesville but I’m not getting my hopes up when it comes to winning a big game against Florida in the WS. Walton has dominated Murphy on that stage. Throw in the 2017 supers as well.

Bama is the better team this year.

We stand a good chance to win this one.

Tuned into the radio feed and it is a weather delay. Apparently the Washington game is finished either.

Yea. Have family members that traveled out there to watch and they say it's storming pretty bad right now. Said it will probably be another hour or so before they can get back in the stadium.
