What were you guys talking about saying he never considered it????

The reporter asked "Did you ever think about playing multiple quarterbacks?"

And Saban said "I did"

Milroe is finished as the starting QB.

All aboard the BUCHNER train CHOO CHOO. We are winning everything!

Im excited again

I’ll be shocked if anyone but Milroe starts against USF; however, it would be a good time to test out the others. It’s an away game, and Bama would literally have to run backwards to lose it.

I'm not sure what to think about the QB position. If Buckner and Simpson weren't good enough to beat out Milroe then we're fricked. We had receivers open ALL NIGHT LONG and we just didn't find them.

Milroe will start next week. Milroe will look decent because USF sucks. Milroe will keep starting until we lose two SEC games. It is what it is.

It’s true. Watching what they don’t show on TV was kind of depressing.

I’m sticking with my theory Saban knows the Pass Pro is not very good and he is leaving Milroe out there because he can at least evade the rush some

To go from Tua to Mac to Bryce... it's just shocking to see our roster this unprepared/undeveloped at the most important position on the field.

It's the postgame interview.

The reporter asked "How did you think Milroe played tonight, and did you consider using multiple QBs?"

Saban grimaced, because it hit a sore spot. He hesitated

Then said "I did (consider playing multiple QBs), but Jalen put together that drive when we went ahead and I thought that gave him confidence. We never discussed it but I can't say you don't think about it whenever any player is having a difficult time."

All three QBs are mobile. That’s not a good excuse.

I hope at halfback/TE only. He is a heck of an athlete and would provide many options at another position outside of QB.

Guys we've seen it before. Saban will give a guy a shot with seniority. I think that's all tonight was.

If he’s the best option, Outback Bowl is the ceiling.

Exactly and we were only one bad play away from Milroe getting benched tonight. One more Texas TD before half would've been it. Unfortunately it was a slow burn and Milroe played just well enough to not get benched and lose us the game.

Worst case scenario tonight, but we will absolutely see a QB change after watching that presser. Milroe is done.

Hell, you could see it TV. It had to be much worse in person.

I figured a half would be reasonable but not a whole game. While they do control their own destiny still, a second loss probably puts them out even if they do somehow beat Georgia in the SECCG.

That. If he can catch the ball, his speed and running ability would make him a weapon as a slot receiver.

Nah, but he's probably the best RB we have on our team. He needs a position change immediately

It was obvious on TV too. Was weird listening to he announcers try to defend him.
