SB Nation said reports from several credible sources say TM is on the Ala campus today. Also mentioned that our AD has promised to speed up the coleman renovation.

Well my thoughts are Matta probably can’t do this long term. What better way to groom Bucky for the job than to bring him on and let him learn from Thad? As long as Matta is ok with that I think it helps both of them.

Byrne is a legend if this happens today.
We have the best baseball coach in many years and will now have maybe the best basketball coach we’ve ever had possibly. Let this man replace Saban too one day hopefully he’s around that long.

If Byrne hires Matta, it will rank right up there with C.M. Newton getting hired. Newton wasn't even a big name though. This hire would be that important to our basketball program

Just hope it happens. When I start to get “buckled up” with Bama basketball , we shite the bed
