That's probably about as balanced of a projection as I've seen. South Carolina would like that...outside of their season ticket holders.

I guess it's either LSU or Miss St as our third. Outside of the money angle, it should be Miss St...but money is a pretty big angle so it'll probably be LSU.

Our season ticket packages just got alot better. Ready for the 2026 schedule release.

That game means nothing without Saban walking the sideline during that game.

I just don't think this is true. Saban coaching at both certainly played a major role, but that means for almost 20 years, this was a heated matchup solely because he was there. It is still a big game. It had the "game of the century", 21-0, and numerous high impact games for both programs. That isn't just going away because Saban isn't on the sidelines anymore.

It went away because LSU isn't the program that they were.

LSU hasn't been the same since 2019.

Maybe Arkansas if they get LSU, Texas, A&M?

Arkansas should get Oklahoma. I guarantee in NWA, that's the bigger rival. I've seen it myself. There's a bunch of Sooners around Fayetteville.

I feel confident we’ll get Texas, UGA and LSU. When they have a press conference at SEC HQ, and announce those are Alabama’s permanent opponents, Greg Byrne needs to walk up to the podium next to Stankey, pull out a gallon container of KY Jelly and put it on the podium for everyone to see.

When Sankey asks Greg “What are you doing?”, Greg needs to say, “I like a good lube before I get fisted.”

I don't think they'll change the permanents from what is already set.

First of all, there shouldn’t be three - only TWO permanent opponents. For Bama, that would easily be AU and Tenn.

I mean it’s easy to come up with two for most teams, three is pushing it. AU has GA & Bama. GA has AU & FL. LSU has OM and A&M. OM has Miss St. & LSU

Since we have to add a third, I’d make it Mississippi State or Vandy. Seems to make the most sense.

LSU, to me anyway (since I’m older than just the Saban era), doesn’t warrant permanent status. I just think of that game as a good battle (when it really hasn’t been - Bama has dominated them), not as a rivalry.

Pretty sure additional power 4 conference games are gonna get dropped. Doubt teams ever have more than 1 now
