It was pretty obviously DPI. Horton was shoved out of the play. If that didn't happen, the worst result would have been Horton knocking the ball down. You can clearly see it on the left hand side of this video.

I honestly don't put a ton of blame on Ty for the pick six.
- Horton got hit.
- The MLB ran right up the middle UNTOUCHED.
I think there's more blame on the OL than Ty.
